Consoles – Games – Original Controllers
Condition: As they are all second hand, condition may vary. Before dispatch, we ensure that they are fully cleaned, operational and all labels are in tact. There may be discolouring or the occasional scratch, however our motto is if we wouldn't be happy receiving it, we're not going to allow it to leave our doors. Plain and simple.
Lifespan: We cannot guarantee exactly how long they will last nor do we know how the item was treated during the course of its life. In some cases the consoles are over 30 years old. What we can guarantee is that every console, game and original controller has no manufacturers faults and is tested no less than twice while it's in our possession: once when it arrives and once again before it leaves. Their serial numbers are then documented for our records.
Faults: Sometimes faults can occur, however more times than none it is a very simple fix. In the event that you feel the console or game is not working as intended to, get in touch with us immediately. We will then respond to you as soon as possible to try and work out a solution remotely. 95% of the time we can solve the problem over the phone. If that isn't possible, we will make arrangements to have it either fixed or replaced. We will offer a refund only if we are unable to replace the exact item in question. Please be sure to keep your original proof of purchase.
Third Party Controllers/AV Cables/Vinyl Accessories
Condition: All of our third party controllers and AV cables are brand new.
Lifespan: All third party controllers and AV cables have a 1 year guarantee and if properly looked after can last for decades.
Faults: In the event that there is a confirmed manufacturers fault, we will swap out the item in question with a new one. If you feel the item isn't working as intended, please contact us immediately and we will make arrangements to have it replaced. We will offer a refund only if we are unable to replace the exact item in question. Please be sure to hold on to your original proof of purchase.
Steepletone Record Players
Condition: Both the SRP025 and ST282 models are brand new.
Lifespan: Steepletone offer a 1 year guarantee, be sure to register your product with them online.
Faults: In the event of a manufacturers fault, contact us and we will liaise with Steepletone. Steepletone's aftercare service is excellent and any issue is usually resolved quite quickly.
Vinyl LP's
Condition: All of our records for sale on this site are brand new reissues. Visit our shop in Dublin to browse our full selection of over 4000 2nd hand records and additional 1000 new LP's.
Faults: Very rarely does a fault occur with a record, however if there is a pressing error detected then please contact us immediately.
Change of mind
Change of mind: We do not honour a refund or return if you change your mind due to the fact that many of the items that we sell can, with effort, be completed in a day or two. If there is a genuine manufacturers fault, please refer to the item's terms and conditions above. This is at our discretion and does not affect your statutory rights.
